Overview

HOTOP Quality Management System (HQMS) integrates process control, data-driven decision making and a people-first culture of continuous improvement. Built on documented procedures, risk-based thinking and measurable objectives, the HQMS ensures every silicone hose we manufacture meets customer requirements and regulatory obligations. It’s designed for traceability, repeatability and rapid corrective action — crucial in the automotive components supply chain where safety and uptime matter.

Core Processes

• Incoming Materials: All raw materials are inspected to agreed specifications; critical characteristics are verified with documented sampling plans.
• Production Control: Process parameters are controlled and logged; change control ensures process changes are evaluated and authorized.
• Inspection & Test: In-process and final inspections use calibrated equipment; testing follows validated methods for pressure, temperature and durability.
• Nonconformance Management: Segregation, containment, disposition and corrective action procedures ensure rapid mitigation and recurrence prevention.
• Shipping & Traceability: Finished goods are labeled with lot codes and production records to enable full traceability back to raw materials and test reports.
• Continuous Improvement & Training
