Q1: What payment terms do you accept?

We support mainstream secure B2B payments: T/T (50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment), L/C, and negotiable terms for long-term/bulk orders. All terms are stated clearly in the formal contract.

Q2: How to place a custom silicone hose order?

»Send your inquiry (drawings, samples, specs, quantity) to our sales team

»Confirm details & receive a formal quote/proforma invoice

»Sign contract & pay the 30% production deposit

»We proceed with sample making, approval, and mass production

Q3: Can I modify my order during production?

Minor adjustments (no mold/material changes) are negotiable before key production starts. Major changes (size, material, specs) will cause extra costs and delays. We recommend confirming all details upfront to avoid issues.

Q4: Will you provide shipping documents?

Yes. After balance payment, we send full export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and quality reports (upon request) for smooth customs clearance.
