Total thickness of fluorosilicone layer + transition layer: 1.4 mm
The 0.8 mm reinforcement layer is the most optimized and practical thickness, compatible with both polyester and aramid reinforcement materials. A 0.7 mm reinforcement layer causes unstable production and poor process feasibility, whereas a 0.9 mm reinforcement layer results in an overly thin solid silicone layer, which compromises the overall product performance.
Customized Thickness Support
The above standard thicknesses are established primarily to maintain production stability and consistency. If customers have special dimensional requirements, HOTOP is capable of developing and producing customized thickness specifications. Customized dimensions will not affect product quality stability or batch consistency. However, managing diversified material and thickness specifications will increase operational workload and slightly reduce production efficiency.
