1. Are you a factory or trading company?
HOTOP is a silicone hose manufacturer with our own factory. All production is handled in-house to ensure quality control.

2. What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard payment terms: 50% deposit when placing the order, 50% balance before shipment.

3. Are your delivery/incoterms?
We offer EXW, FOB, FCA, or others as requested by customers. Please tell us your preferred incoterm when you make an inquiry.

4. What is your lead time?
Usually 4-6 weeks, depending on the order quantity and complexity. For rush orders, please contact us for possible expedited production.

5. Can you produce according to our samples or drawings?
Yes. We can manufacture hoses based on your sample parts or technical drawings. We also design and build molds and fixtures as needed.

6. What customization options do you offer?
We can customize hose shape, dimensions, leg length, color, logo printing, and other functions (e.g. fuel resistance, high temperature, wire reinforcement).

7. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ depends on the product type and customization. For standard hoses, MOQ may be lower; for customized molds, the MOQ will be higher. Please contact us for a quote.

8. What materials and silicone grades do you use?
We use high quality, FDA-grade / industrial grade silicone (as applicable), with options such as EPDM inner lining, reinforcement with fiberglass or wire, etc. If you have special requirements (temperature, pressure, chemical exposure), we can accommodate.

9. What certifications do you have?
Our products meet relevant international standards; we can provide material certifications, test reports (e.g. pressure tests, leakage tests, temperature resistance). If you require specific certificates (like ISO, RoHS etc.), please let us know.

10. How is shipping handled, and who pays for shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on destination, weight, volume, and shipping method (air, sea, express). We can arrange shipping for you or you can use your preferred freight forwarder. For large orders we can help optimize packaging to reduce cost.

11. What is your warranty / after-sales policy?
We guarantee our hoses are free from manufacturing defects under normal use. If there are quality issues (e.g. leaks, delamination) attributable to manufacturing, we will replace or repair. Please keep photos / videos as proof for claim.

12. How do I request a sample, and is the sample free?
Sample policy depends on the product type. For standard hoses we may provide sample (or sample cuts) free, but for custom-molded hoses, mould cost/sample fee may apply. Shipping cost is typically borne by the customer or deducted from full order if placed.
