Yes! Sample fees are partially/fully refundable when you place a mass order (refund ratio tied to order quantity, stated clearly in advance).
Q3: Can I get free standard samples?
We provide free standard stock samples for material/performance testing. You only cover international shipping costs.
Q4: Are samples tested before shipment?
