HOTOP produces custom silicone hose samples and conducts strict performance testing to verify quality, fit and durability before mass production

Once the custom design and solution are approved, we move to sample production and rigorous testing—a critical step to validate quality, fit and performance. This phase ensures your custom silicone hose meets specifications before we launch full-scale manufacturing.

Our production team crafts precision samples using the approved materials and design, replicating the same processes planned for mass production. After sample completion, we run comprehensive quality and performance tests, including:

»Dimensional accuracy testing to ensure perfect fit

»Heat resistance and pressure resistance performance testing

»Material durability and aging resistance testing

»Visual inspection for color, logo, surface finish and custom details

Qualified samples are then sent to you for final confirmation and testing on your end. Only after you approve the sample will we proceed to mass production, eliminating risks and guaranteeing consistent quality for your entire order.
