    »Small diameter radiator hoses need small-diameter molds, which are made from solid stainless steel rods to ensure sufficient strength. During production, these small-diameter molds are prone to deformation, requiring skilled demolding techniques, but mold deformation cannot be completely avoided.

    »Silicone hoses have good flexibility, which can partially compensate for some of the mold deformation. For strict shape requirements raduator hose,  design corresponding jigs to check and correct the molds.
